If your account is frozen, you will receive an email explaining why. Please submit appeal materials to [email protected] (e.g., proof of identity, explanation of activity), and customer service will review them within 15 business days. Violations like malicious promotion, fraudulent gambling, or misinformation may result in a permanent ban.
8. Can minors use SurveyMars?
Users under 16 are prohibited from registering. Users aged 16-18 must have parental/guardian consent to use the service. We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and such accounts will be deleted immediately if discovered.
9. Is SurveyMars responsible for surveys published by third-party organizations?
No, SurveyMars is not responsible for the content, data handling practices, or policies of surveys created and published by third-party organizations (their customers). The platform acts as a "data processor" for the survey creator, who is the data controller.
