Adding Administrator

You can add administrators, set their permissions, collaborate with them on managing surveys and data.

Managing Surveys

Surveys can be assigned to the following administrator roles: Survey-Creating Administrator, Full Data Viewer, and Analysis Results Viewer.

Deleting Administrator

If you no longer want an administrator in your system, such as when they leave the company, you can delete them.

Survey Editing Collaborator

Survey-Editing Collaborator to enhance survey management capabilities. This role allows designated users to edit and translate surveys while maintaining proper access control.

Allow contacts to become administrators

SurveyMars platform provides flexible administrator permission management features, allowing system administrators to control who can create and manage surveys within the organization.

Limit admin scope visibility

SurveyMars allows system administrators to limit which sub-accounts they can view. When this feature is enabled, admins can only see surveys, folders, and assignment options for the sub-accounts they are permitted to access.
