Resending Email

If you need to resend an email to respondents who haven't filled out your survey yet, there are two ways to do this: Urge Response and Manual Resend. 

- Urge Response: Click on Urge Response and confirm to resend the email through the system. 

- Manual Resend: Click on Manual Resend, you need to copy the email content and send it through your own email. 

NOTE: If a respondent has already completed the survey and you choose to resend an email to them, their initial survey response will be permanently deleted from the results and cannot be recovered.
